My Favourite eats
A selection of some of the finest food I have tasted as I have travelled around Scotland. I love a good Cullen Skink, fresh homemade bread, local ice creams. Haggis of course, which I will try whenever I get the chance. I'm experimenting with fish and so far have tasted lobster from Crail Harbour, Oysters in the middle of the Galloway hills and a fish platter on the Isle of Mull. We really do have some of the best quality fish in the world. Of course, it would be rude not to wash it down with a wee dram of whisky.
